FAA to Consider Hollywood Request for Exemption to Use Drones for Filming. — How about HK ?

全球都有航拍熱 , 據外電消息指近日美國聯邦航空管理局已同意考慮有關荷里活製作公司要求監管豁免 , 允野L們使用無人駕駛飛機系統進行電影拍攝。

說到香港方面 , “航拍”則由民航處監管 , 當無人駕駛飛機在7Kg以下 , 便視作閒暇活動所用的無人機系統 , 可歸類為無線電控制模型飛機 ; 當飛機在7Kg 以上則受到較高的安全操作準則監管 , 或需要填寫申請表格

ManyMany Creations – Art & Science of 3D Scan by Photogrammetry

香港製作公司 ManyMany Creations 除了製作出色的廣告片外 , 還有不少自家開發的新技術, 當中有Maya的真實人物製作外卦 – “Quantum-Human” .
為此該公司創辦人桂濱花了兩個月在公司設置自製的 Photogrammetry 3d scanner , 為大量人物進行素描, 而這些數據及模型除了技術使用外, 還帶出另一種的美學!! 近日他們發放有關的製作及影片 !!
