在日本動畫製作上常用到的Toon shade 外卦 .PSOFT 的 Pencil+4 for Maya 經過一輪公測後 , 終於推出正式收費版本. 現階段Menu只有日文 , 但有英文UI , 售60480日元 (約4,200港元)

Oculus announce ??Oculus Quest?? Standalone Headset

Facebook 其下的Oculus VR technology 剛在 Oculus Connect 5 活動上公布推出 Oculus Quest – 獨立便攜式VR頭飾 , 內置4個 ultrawide sensors , 每邊獨立1600×1440 像素顯示 , 預計明年春季推出 , 售399美元

同時公布有 ILMxLab製作專屬星戰VR遊戲《Vader Immortal》

The Rookies – BEST CREATIVE MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT SCHOOLS IN THE WORLD 2018

Autodesk 資助的CG比賽網站 The Rookies -發布 2018年度全球最佳創意媒體及娛樂界別的學府 . 以來自全球87個地區及 580 間學府的學生參加他的比賽以為評分 , 分為Animation / Digital Illustration /3D Motion Graphics / Game Development 以及 Visual Effects 類別 . 是否準確就不得而知 , 不過都可作參考 ~
美國的 Gnomon 則在 Animation 及 Visual Effects 上排名第一 ; SCAD 3D 是 Motion Graphics的首名 , Digital Illustration 是以澳洲的 Flinders University 為首 ;比利時的 Howest University則是 Game Development的首名.
