以Nuke / Mari / Katana / Modo 等特效製作軟件佔據市場的 Foundry 宣布被Roper Technologies 收購 , 交易將於4月完成 . 而Foundry 是Roper 首次收購圖象特效範籌的公司 , 暫時知道The Foundry仍會以獨立狀態運作
