Studios Hit With New Class-Action Suit Over Anti-Poaching Pacts

日前在San Jose法院提出新的集體訴訟案中 , 美國動畫及電影特效巨頭公司被控企圖以合謀通過公司之間的“不挖角”協議, 以抑制工資 . 這些巨頭公司包括有The Walt Disney , DreamWorks Animation PIXAR, ILM ,DD3.0及 Sony Pictures Animation等… 這類訴訟其實已歷史悠久 , 不過仍未有結論 , Disney方面則回應“We believe this complaint is utterly without merit and intend to defend against it vigorously.”
