Adobe表示企業客戶可持續獲得技術支援至 2029 年 3 月 1 日；一般用戶則僅支援至 2027 年 3 月
目前最新版本的 Adobe Animate 為 2023 年 10 月版本 (24.0 版)
2029 年 3 月 1 日之前, 企業客戶仍可存取應用程式、下載其內容並接收技術支援, 對於所有其他客戶，技術支援、應用程式存取和下載內容的功能將一直提供到 2027 年 3 月 1 日
